2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AppStoreReview ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Description of Service

AppStoreReview is a SaaS platform that monitors Apple App Store reviews using Apple's publicly available RSS feeds and delivers notifications to users via Email, Slack, and Telegram. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc.

4. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's infrastructure.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.
• Add apps to the Service that you do not own or have authorization to monitor.

6. Subscription and Billing

• The Free plan is available at no cost and subject to the limits described on our pricing page.
• Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are listed on our pricing page.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses caused by downtime, delays in review delivery, or data loss.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code of AppStoreReview are owned by us. Review content fetched from the App Store is owned by Apple Inc. and the respective reviewers.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of review data fetched from the App Store.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppStoreReview shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where we are registered.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
