Terms of Use

1. About

App Store Preview Studio ("the App") is a native macOS application for creating App Store preview videos. The App is developed and distributed by FOP "Dmytro Shaniuk", a sole proprietorship registered in Ukraine ("we", "us"). Contact: info@accbox.info.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on macOS devices that you own or control, subject to these terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except to the extent that such restrictions are expressly prohibited by applicable law.

4. User-Generated Content

The App processes video, audio, and image files that you provide ("Your Content"). You retain all rights, title, and interest in Your Content. We do not claim any ownership over Your Content.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to use any content you import into the App, including music, video clips, and images.

5. Privacy and Local Processing

The App processes all video and audio content locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or have access to Your Content. The App may connect to the internet only for license verification, update checks, and optional crash reporting.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• •Create or distribute unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content.
• •Violate the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• •Attempt to circumvent license or activation mechanisms.
• •Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

7. App Store Connect Submission

The App helps you create videos that conform to Apple's App Store Connect requirements at the time of release. Apple's requirements may change at any time, and we make no guarantee that videos produced by the App will always be accepted by App Store Connect. You are responsible for verifying final output before submission.

8. Updates

We may release updates to the App from time to time. Updates may add, modify, or remove features. We reserve the right to discontinue support for older versions of macOS or older versions of the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

11. Third-Party Trademarks

Apple, macOS, App Store, and App Store Connect are trademarks of Apple Inc. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license to use the App at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and remove it from your devices.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where we are registered.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
